retail finance app

overview

App Design for the retail banking industry, where the onboarding process needed to be simplified and the structure of the app and its UI needed a make-over. The onboarding process often presents challenges for new customers, with complex steps, unclear instructions, and a lack of guidance that can lead to frustration and increased customer service calls. The app solution should remedy this pain.

Applied skills

UX Design, Prototyping
UI Design, Data visualization

outcome

Multiple iterations for the onboarding process have been made to simplify the UX, asking only the most relevant questions and thereby outsourcing auto-fill functionalities to the back-end. The structure has been modernized to fit the state-of-the-art design for cognitive recognition of finance apps.
